Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellation requests must be submitted to INFO Joyful holiday or its agent via E-mail
• Please review the cancellation policy before cancelling your trip.
• Cancellation made before May 03, 2024: NO PENALTY.
• Cancellation made from May 04 to May 17, 2024 : $200 PENALTY.
• Cancellation made from May 18 to May 31, 2024 : 50% PENALTY of total cost.
• Cancellation made from June 01 to June 14, 2024 : 75% PENALTY of total cost.
• Cancellation made after June 15, 2024 : 100% PENALTY of total cost.
• In the event of cancellation or refund, minimum USD $200 processing fee plus issuing carrier’s charge will be applied.
• Any single parts of the tour itinerary which are voluntarily skipped when tour is in progress,(for instance, admission tickets, meals or show) are non-refundable.
• Any extra costs incurred by changing your itinerary are at your own expense.

Inclusions

• Accommodation: 6 nights at a 4 star hotel(all single use)
  (There will be a discount for double occupancy if you are coming with a friend or family member to share a room.)
• Meals: Breakfast at hotel, Lunch & Dinner at local restaurants as per itinerary. (B7, L2, D3)
• Ground Transportaion by coach, English-speaking guide, Admission/Activity fees and Tips.

Exclusions

• Traveler’s insurance, Personal expenses.
• International Airfare(Prices will vary depending on departure city and dates.)
• Airport transportation is not included.
